Drawing from my background as a Division 1 athlete and professional baseball player, combined with my expertise in sport and performance psychology, I will guide you through mental skills training, mindfulness practices, goal setting, and resilience-building techniques. Each session will be tailored to address your unique challenges and goals, focusing on performance enhancement as well as issues like performance anxiety, stress management, time management, confidence building, and handling setbacks.
